Summer Party and 2027 Trips Signup - June 28

About this event

Join us for our annual summer party and your first opportunity to register for a 2027 club ski trip.

Members only, no fee. Your guest must become a member and register for this event.

Appetizers served.

•   Registration opens June 1. 
•  Existing members must wait until June 1. 
•   RSVP and 2027 Membership required. 

Please note: New procedure and revised schedule shown below.
For a successful signup experience, please follow these steps:
  1. Membership << Click on or after June 1 to create or renew your membership online. Active membership is required. 

    If you do not create/renew your membership before the party, then delay at the membership table may cause you to miss out on your trip choice.

  2. LOGIN RSVP by June 15 - Please login and click the "Register Now" button below. Only members who RSVP can enjoy the appetizers.  

  3. Registration confirmation - If after registering you do not receive a registration confirmation email, your registration is incomplete. Please try again, and remember to click . 

  4. Trip Application & Policy << Click to fill out and print your trip application before the party. Bring the application and present to your trip leader. No deposit check is required or accepted. 
Program 
1 pm  Doors Open, Member Check-in
  1. Name tag:  Active members who RSVP'd receive a prepared name tag.
  2. Trip Application Number:  Active members with a name tag receive a trip application number stapled to their first priority trip application.

2 pm Club Meeting
  1. Announcements
  2. Introduction to ski trip signup with Group Travel Simplicity (WSS)
    "Change Is In The Air" - what 2027’s Ski Season has in store for you"
  3. Q&A
2:30 pm  First Trip Signup
  1. Trip Table:  Members go to the table of their first priority trip at their convenience to drop off their trip application.
  2. Trip Application Review:  trip leader reviews the application and fills in any missing information.
Additional Trip Signup will be announced. 
5 pm  Adjourn

Registration is required before Tuesday, June 16, 2026 at 12:00 AM and it opens Monday, June 01, 2026 at 12:00 AM
Payment In Full In Advance Only
